Artist Statement
I love landscapes and so I moved to Walla Walla, WA. When I came here I did photography. After exposure to Mokuhanga, (Japanese Wood Cut) and mono-printing I have become a print-maker.
My work is influenced by paintings from the 19th century to present day. I thinks in terms of color, line, texture and movement.
I use my photographs and drawings as a starting point for my prints.
